WPEG Travel Refunds Policy

The policy of WPEG is to refund the reasonable domestic travelling expenses of UK-based academics and UK-based PhD students for regular and special meetings and for the annual conference. In most cases we expect to refund Advance or Off-Peak train tickets only. For meetings that begin earlier in the day necessitating early travel we expect that members will try to restrict the cost of their travel through purchase of Advance similar tickets. WPEG will attempt to meet the cost of travel for these meetings on this understanding.

Accommodation

Unfortunately, we do not reimburse accommodation costs (besides the rooms provided for UK-based presenters during the annual conference).
